Flamingos feeding in the lagoons of the high desert full of magical colors. This is a small group trip (6 participants) in the high Andes region of Chile.

Our target bird for this trip will be Flamingos. In December, the Flamingos gather in large numbers to feed in the lagoons of the Atacama desert. We will have the possibility of photographing 3 species: Chilean, Andean and James’s. Other birds of interest will be the Andean Avocet, Puna Plover, Horned Coot, migrant shorebirds.

Northern Greece! Join me on an incredible journey to northern Greece to photograph the Dalmatian Pelicans.

We will spend 4 days on Lake Kerkini photographing the pelicans with ample time to focus on different behaviors and photography techniques all while surrounded by the stunning mountainous landscape. After we wrap up with the pelicans, we will journey to the not to be missed UNESCO world heritage site - the Meteora monasteries where we will be immersed in an otherworldly, dreamlike setting.

Southern Africa! I have teamed up with Pangolin Photo Safaris and am thrilled to have two, small group, 10 Day trips to Southern Africa.

We will spend 6 nights at the Pangolin Chobe Hotel in Botswana and 3 nights on board a private charter on their NEW Voyager II Houseboat out of Namibia. These trips were designed to take place during the Green Season for lush green backgrounds, peak bird activity and the possibility for baby animals and birds!

We will travel to the north-eastern slopes of the Andes in Peru-home to an incredible variety of hummingbirds.

Our priority bird for this trip will be one of the most beautiful hummingbirds in the world, the Marvelous Spatuletail. We will have the opportunity to photograph many other species as we travel from the coast to the cloud forest. Some additional notable species include the Royal Sunangel, Sword-billed Hummingbird, Long-tailed Sylph, Rufous-crested Coquette and Wire-crested Thorntail.

April 8-16 2027 - FULL

Join me for a small group, Ladies-only trip to France in 2027 and experience the magic of the Camargue!

We will fly in and out of Marseille, France and base ourselves at a stunning Mas nestled between Arles, Aigues-Mortes and Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer. Our target species is the Greater Flamingos who call this region home but we also have the opportunity to photograph many others. Working with a renowned local photographer we will have access to the Flamingos before the park opens to the public for 3 morning sessions as well as a private beach shoot with the legendary horses.
