Warblers & Waders

Spring 2026

Join me on a a small group (3 participants) workshop based out of my hometown Port Royal, South Carolina. In the mornings we will be targeting Prothonotary Warblers on two, 3 hour morning kayaks through a gorgeous Blackwater Swamp filled with Cypress and Tupelo trees.

In the evenings we will be photographing nesting wading birds in a rookery packed full of birds! Species include - Great Egrets, Snowy Egrets, Cattle Egrets, Wood Storks, Tricolored Herons, Little Blue Herons,Yellow-crowned Night Herons, Black-crowned Night Herons & Green Herons.

An optional add-on will be 2 sessions of photographing shorebirds and waders on the beach.
